Product Support

If you have presale questions or need operational assistance for any current Roland or BOSS product, please contact our product support team by using our Support Request Form. Your inquiry will be logged and placed in a queue where we aim to respond within 24 business hours. Our support system may also provide immediate information based on the nature of your inquiry.

Service Department

If you have a Roland or BOSS product that needs to be serviced, we offer two options:

You can use our Service Center Locator to find an Authorized Roland/BOSS Service Center in your area, or you can send the unit directly to our National Service Center in Los Angeles, California.

Please note that there are select Roland and BOSS products that must be sent to our National Service Center for warranty service.

To send your product to our National Service Center, please use our Service Request Form. You will be contacted via email with your return authorization number (RA) and shipping information.

Replacement Parts
