ROLAND REACHES OUT TO BABY BOOMERS

NAMM, AARP and Roland Corp US Join Hands

Los Angeles, California, October 27, 2004—Demonstrating its commitment to the 50+ market Roland Corporation US shared their award-winning digital piano and organ technology with AARP members at their premier annual event—Life@50+: AARP's National Event & Expo. Held at the Las Vegas Sands Convention Center earlier this fall the event included world-renowned speakers, lifestyle sessions, celebrities, prizes, games and more. During the three action packed days of the convention Roland co-hosted a portion of the NAMM American Music Conference booth with other top tier manufacturers including Remo, Lowery and Yamaha.

"We were thrilled to be able to carry our message to the 50 and over audience," said Roland Contemporary Keyboard Manager, Lynda Smith. "We understand and appreciate the purchasing power of the baby boomer in our marketplace, and are dedicated to creating products and programs that will facilitate their journey into music making."

AARP is the largest membership association dedicated to the 50+ in the United States.
