CUBE-30 BASS AMPLIFIER INTRODUCED
Compact Amp Offers Powerful Sound, COSM Bass Amp Modeling and More
Frankfurt, March 5, 2003¡XRoland is proud to announce the Cube-30 Bass amplifier. This little marvel uses a 30-watt/10-inch speaker design to deliver powerful bass tones while remaining surprisingly compact. Six COSM„¥ bass amp models deliver a range of tones including an octave bass sound, while five onboard DSP effects, convenient 3-band EQ and compression¡Xplus a unique Shape switch¡Xlet players dial in the perfect tone. Features like these put the Cube-30 Bass in a class all its own.In keeping with the Cube amp tradition, the Cube-30 Bass gives players loud and punchy bass tones despite its compact size. Using a 30-watt amp and 10-inch coaxial speaker system (with powerful low end and an individual tweeter for clearer highs), this compact amp really cranks. Onboard compression and 3-band EQ offers simple tonal shaping.
Thanks to Roland¡¦s COSM technology, the Cube-30 Bass can convincingly model six of the most popular bass amps¡Xlike ¡§Bass360,¡¨ ¡§Concert 810,¡¨ ¡§Flip Top,¡¨ ¡§B Man¡¨ and more. There¡¦s even an ¡§Octave Bass¡¨ setting which adds a tone one octave below the original note for truly earth-shaking sound.
Onboard DSP effects let players plug in their bass without complicated setups. The Cube-30 Bass includes everything bassists need: pro-quality reverb and delay, plus essentials like chorus and flanger. There¡¦s even a T-Wah effect for creating a sweeping filtered sound¡Xgreat for funk bass. Whether practicing at home or tracking in the studio, the Cube-30 Bass can get the job done. With a 1/4-inch Recording/Headphones output, players can connect directly to a mixing console or to a pair of headphones. A dedicated Shape switch makes it easy to instantly change the bass tone.
Connections to the Cube-30 Bass include a 1/4-inch Bass input, a 1/4-inch Auxiliary input, a Footswitch jack, plus a 1/4-inch Recording output that can also accommodate headphones.
