DD-20 DIGITAL DELAY PEDAL
Boasts 23 Seconds of Delay, New Delay Modes and More
Anaheim, Calif., January 16, 2003—BOSS is proud to announce the DD-20 Digital Delay, a powerful new Twin Pedal with up to 23 seconds of pro-quality delay. The DD-20 provides 11 delay modes including tape delay, sound-on-sound recording and new “Smooth” and “Twist” modes for creating entirely new effects. This is the ultimate delay pedal that no guitarist should be without. With up to 23 seconds of delay—the most of any pedal effect—the DD-20 can easily double as a sound-on-sound pedal. Delay time can be quickly set, thanks to a new push-button knob that allows course or fine adjustments; tap tempo is also supported without need for an external pedal.
The DD-20’s 11 delay modes serve up everything from analog and tape delay to reverse delay and more. The new “Twist” mode creates a wild delay effect similar to “over the top” manipulation of an analog tape echo, while “Smooth” mode creates ultra-smooth delay effects. A convenient Memory function allows guitarists to change delay modes seamlessly.
Connections to the DD-20 include stereo 1/4-inch inputs, stereo 1/4-inch outputs, a Footswitch input and AC adaptor jack. The DD-20 also runs on battery power. Like all BOSS compact pedals, the DD-20 comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
