Marketing Project Manager - Temporary to Permanent Position

Job Scope:

Project Management

• Manage workflow of all departmental projects using Filemaker Pro.
• Initiate all Marketing (print, video, Web) projects, coordinate meetings, and produce all documentation required for job folders.
• Collaborate/strategize with the internal clients on messaging & direction for all Marketing projects.
• Daily communication with Art Director, Director of Video Production and Web Projects Manager on creative direction and client feedback.
• Create project timelines.
• Maintain and distribute a traffic/project schedule for all ongoing print, web and video projects..
• Estimate and track budgets for projects.
• Constant monitoring of work in progress to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Route layouts, copy, images, proofs, etc., for internal approvals.
• Coordinate tradeshow, and event related promotions, components, and collateral.
• Organize photo shoots for events, misc. product images, and advertising.

Advertising Management

• Constant communication with media buyer in regards to all Roland MI, P&O and BOSS in-house ads.
• Manage internal ad development, trafficking, and routing to clients, scheduling and ad proofing.

Qualified candidates with college education preferred but not required. Minimum of 4-5 yrs. experience with project/account management is required. Entertainment and/or music industry experience a plus.

Requires strong interpersonal and negotiating skills, and must be organized. Project management skills required. Mac user with computer skills including Word, Excel, Filemaker Pro and email application experience. Must have background in account management and managing print creative. Management of web and video projects a plus. Knowledge of print production preferred.
