These refill Patches with a European taste were created by Howard Scarr, who has done sound designing for European synthesizer manufacturers. Mr. Scarr, who is a contributor to “The V-Synth Book”, has his own way of creating sounds with COSM, and is opening a new frontier for the V-Synth.
