Wide Variety of Sounds
A first-class selection of sounds has been “captured live” at the
highest fidelity for the E-80. Enjoy a guitarist’s fingers sliding on the strings of an electric guitar, the natural breath of a flutist, a gorgeous 88-key split stereo-sampled piano and newly sampled drum kits (Rock, Pop and Folk) with natural resonance.
Breathtaking Musical Content
The E-80 features 350 Styles created by a professional team of
international programmers who captured their local musical
preferences. All of these Styles sound incredibly “live,” and are
expertly mixed and mastered. Individual EQ for each tone and
drum instrument is provided, plus three dedicated multi-effects for
each Style/Song.
Attractive Cosmetic Design
The outstanding new cosmetic design of the E-80 music workstation
comes from a top Italian design studio. Truly, the E-80 is a treat for the eyes and the ears.
Powerful Onboard Speaker System
Thanks to its powerful 4-speaker, bi-amped sound system, complete
with a Bass Reflex System and a Digital Bass Enhancers, the E-80
delivers incredible, high-impact sound.
User-Friendly Interface
For ease of use, the E-80 incorporates a multitude of switches, buttons, and sliders on its control panel. The acclaimed Guitar Mode is now available together with dedicated Guitar Mode button. Moreover, a full-color touchscreen is included for quick and simple operations.
Vocal Harmonist built-in
The E-80’s Vocal Harmonist has over 80 different settings plus
additional effects and features, including Voice-FX, Auto Pitch,
Singer, Vocoder, Small/Ensemble, and Talk.
2 x Expansion Slots
The E-80 provides two SRX expansion slots, allowing users to
expand and customize the internal soundset. Roland’s SRX and
SR-G01 expansion board series offers a wide selection of the
highest quality sounds produced in the world’s top professional
studios.
Text and Image Viewer
The E-80 is able to import and show not only text files (.TXT), but
also image files (.BMP). By connecting an external monitor to your
E-80, you can easily display text, lyrics or photos, and even put on
slideshows making your party more enjoyable!
Dual Mastering Tools
For detailed sound control, the E-80 provides separated mastering
tools (Parametric EQ, Multi-Band Compressor) for the Arranger
and Solo part.
