RC-20: Saving a Phrase

When you have finished recording/overdubbing, or after you have changed other settings of a phrase, you can save it to one of the 11 phrase locations. Use the following procedure to save your recording:

1. Press the WRITE button so it is flashing.

2. Turn the PHRASE SELECT knob to select an unused or empty track. (The green "PHRASE USED" indicator should not be lit.)

3. Press the WRITE button once again to save the phrase. (The indicator will light momentarily, and then go out). The phrase is now stored.

NOTE: Never turn off the RC-20's power while the WRITE indicator or the EXIT indicator is lit. Doing so will cause all data saved in the phrase tracks to be lost.
