GT-5: Modifying The Patch Name

Each Patch in the GT-5 will have a name consisting of up to 11 characters. You
can name, or rename each of the 100 USER Patches to remind yourself of the
Patch’s sound, or the name of a song it is used for, etc.

Use the following procedure to edit the Patch Name:

1) Press NAME
2) Use the PARAMETER buttons to move the cursor in the display.
3) Use the VALUE dial to select the desired character (including spaces).
4) Repeat steps 2-3 to create the Patch Name.
5) Follow the WRITE procedure to save your changes.
