SPD-SX: Changing the Pad LED Indicator

The red LED indicators to the lower right of each pad provide helpful visual feedback when a pad is struck. You can adjust what they show. Here's how.

1. Press MENU.

2. Cursor to highlight "SETUP," and then press ENTER.

3. Cursor to highlight "LCD/LED," and then press ENTER.

4. Cursor to "PAD INDICATE."

5. Press +/- to select the desired mode.
  • OFF—Indicators are turned off.
  • DYNAMIC—LEDs light according to volume dynamics of the wave being played.
  • STATE—LEDs light up only as you play a pad.
  • ALL ON—LEDs are continuously lit.
