Fantom-G6, Fantom-G7, Fantom-G8: How to Manually Select Internal Instruments for Sequencing

The Fantom-G has 16 parts internal plus a possible two more through ARX for sequencing. To select an instrument for one of the internal parts, use the following steps-

1) Press STUDIO
2) CURSOR to the Part that you want to select an instrument for.
3) Press F1 (PATCH LIST)
4) Use the F1 and F2 buttons to call up the desired category of instruments.
5) Use the VALUE dial to highlight an instrument.

Note- You can preview any instrument by playing the keys or by pressing F7 (PREVIEW)

6) Press F8 (SELECT)
