RD-300NX: Initializing—Restoring the Factory Settings

The following procedure clear the internal memory and reloads the factory settings.

Caution: All User information is lost during this procedure. Be sure to first back up any information you wish to keep!

1. Press MENU so it lights.

2. Press the down CURSOR arrow button to select "8. Utility."

3. Press ENTER.

4. Press the down CURSOR arrow button to select "Factory Reset All."

5. Press ENTER three times.

The screen displays "Executing don't power off" during the reset process.

Caution: Never turn off the power during a Factory Reset. This may result in corrupted internal data and can prevent the RD-300NX from being turned on again.

When the reset is complete, the screen displays "Power off then on."

6. Turn the keyboard off and on again.
