V-STUDIO 100, VS-100: Setting Up the VS-100 Driver in Garageband

The following article will guide you through setting up the VS-100 to be used with Garageband software. 

Note: The V-STUDIO 100 Driver must be installed prior to following the setup instructions below. If you have not installed the driver, follow the instructions in the “V-STUDIO 100 Software and Driver Installation” article found in our knowledge base by clicking here.

Audio I/O Setup:

  1. Select Garageband in the menu bar and navigate to Preferences.
  2. Click on the Audio/MIDI tab at the top of the window.
  3. Assign the Audio Input and Audio Output to “VS-100 44.1kHz”.
  4. Close the Preferences menu.
