New Service Request

Before you send your product to the Roland U.S. National Service Center in Los Angeles, you will need to complete this Service Request form. Please make sure you have read and understand the information on the Service & Repair page, including the Terms and Conditions. After your request is submitted, it will be reviewed by a technician who may request further information and/or troubleshooting to determine if service for your product is necessary. If service is required, a Return Authorization will be issued and you will be sent further instructions for packaging and shipping your product to us.
