Roland Wins Multiple Music and Tech Awards
Top Honors for Roland at NAMM and CES
The last few months have been very busy for Roland and BOSS. In September, we introduced over 30 new products during “The Future. Redefined.” online event, and followed that up with many more product launches at the 2017 Winter NAMM Show and CES 2017. To start, the customer response has been fantastic. And to top it off, we’re extremely honored that our innovative new gear has received numerous industry and reader awards. Stay tuned, because we have many more new products to come throughout 2017!

CES 2017
In early January, Roland attended CES in Las Vegas, and our booth was a very popular spot at the show. We launched the new Rubix audio interface series there, as well as the new GO:KEYS and GO:PIANO compact keyboards. These products gathered a lot of attention and were very well received. But it was our new GO:MIXER that really took the show by storm.
Small and affordable, the innovative GO:MIXER makes it easy to capture high-quality audio while recording music videos and other video content on your smartphone. Musicians, vloggers, and all types of video creators at CES were blown away with the convenience of this cool device. iPhone Life and a number of other publications took notice, naming GO:MIXER “Best of CES 2017” in their post-show roundups.
The 2017 Winter NAMM Show
The annual Winter NAMM Show just wrapped, and it was another great showcase for the latest gear from Roland and BOSS. The new RD-2000 Stage Piano and Acoustic Singer guitar amps were on display, along with September hits such as the DJ-808 DJ Controller, Katana and Waza guitar amps, Aerophone AE-10 Digital Wind Instrument, and many more.
Roland was awarded a NAMM U Best in Show award in the “Companies to Watch” category. Dealer panel member Michael Doyle, a senior vice president at Guitar Center, singled out the innovative GO:MIXER smartphone accessory and BOSS Acoustic Singer amps as contributing factors for bestowing Roland with this prestigious honor. The unique EC-10M ELCajon Mic Processor was also recognized by NAMM U, winning another Best in Show award.
